Great in Trebel aufn campsite. Quiet and inexpensive and in the middle of the heath where you can go for a great walk. Definitely go there again. Highly recommended
Were today for brunch in the Nemitzer Heidehaus, the breakfast was very tasty, and it was also reasonably priced. There is one point deduction because the tablecloth was dirty on arrival and the staff was very reluctant. Despite Corona measures, you could still have asked whether everything is ok.
Was here for the first time today. Good coffee to drink and the heather is always worth seeing. It exudes calm you can really switch off. Just go there and enjoy.
Very nice coffee garden, in which there are also other small dishes to eat. Is a good destination for a bike tour.
Unfortunately only one star here. We discovered the Heidehaus after a long hike. We forgot our mouth and nose protection in the car. We could have comfortably sat outside on the terrace with the other guests in the best sunny weather. Unfortunately we were turned away and weren't allowed to sit down. Now my grubd for the 1 star rating: We were turned away because we should sign a book inside the locals. Now you cannot enter the dining room without a mask ... so unfortunately no entry in the book. We had ID etc. with us. An employee could have done the registration in the case. Many thanks to the team👍🏻.
Very tasty cake and coffee. Good service. Located directly in the beautiful heather.
delicious food, beautiful location! top price / performance
Looks nice. After a long hike, we wanted to stop by. Closed society. No notice online.
Delicious cakes, friendly staff and that with the Corona conditions.
Delicious buckwheat cakes and also small hearty dishes. Nice view of the blooming heather in September. Sitting outside with a dog is no problem. A playground right next to. 13 min further .. Gartow See :) Perfect trip.
Nice ambience, friendly staff and delicious food / cake selection. Highly recommended after the heather hike
It is wonderful to visit the heath and to stop off afterwards. Especially when the heather is in bloom. Wendland's answer to the Lüneburg Heath. The exhibition is also interesting. Good dogs have never been a problem either. The food is good!
Yummy cake. Cozy terrace. Unfortunately when we were there there were a lot of wasps
Friendly and competent service. Food very tasty. Beautiful surroundings.
Nemitzer Heide is a beautiful piece of earth 🌎. In good weather, a bit more crowded ... the coffee is ideal for a break, there is also a playground and mobile home camper pitches. Two other areas are marked as car parking spaces approx. 50 units

Catastrophe. Chased away unfriendly inside within 2 days because reserved for a closed society, no free space outside, and millions of wasps. Absolute chaos, they cannot take an order for 30 minutes because the company has to be served first and then maybe there is no cake left. Without words. Never again
There was very tasty, homemade cakes. The atmosphere is relaxed despite Corona requirements. We recommend.
Again our stop was rewarded with cosiness and delicious cakes. Despite Corona, everything was well organized so that there were no long waiting times.
The 2 stars are purely for the beautiful spot in the middle of the Nemitzer Heide and the nice little house. Otherwise, I was offended when I arrived there at 15 minutes before 12 o'clock (opening of the café) and happily asked if it would be possible to use the toilet. Then I was told there was no time to unlock the door, I had to wait. Well ... I would have expected more pleasant company. That was also the reason why we did not come there. Denying someone a basic need when it is feasible has this effect on me and my family. In addition, with the back door open in the kitchen, there was loud blasphemy about colleagues and the workplace in general. The operator should put his staff to the test. No place to feel good. Too bad!
Was only there for a short time, a playground right next to the outdoor tables, perfect for families. The potato soup was delicious, serve a delicious local beer.
Super...
My partner and I had gone to the heath and decided to stop here for food. We had heard only good things about the place. A few things stand out about the experience. Firstly, it is very comfortable for a particular kind of clientele, which is the over 60 and retired kind. Despite the fact it has an adjoining playground and is next to the heath, I could see no evidence of effort made towards different, or younger, demographics. Maybe things change in the summer, though. We are both vegetarian and for such a lovely establishment we were absolutely shocked to be told there were zero options on their food menu for us. Upon seeing the surprised looks on our faces a waitress offered us some bread and cheese, but that does not a café meal make. I suppose it would have been fine if we only ordered cake but they had five other meal options and not one was vegetarian. Even their potato soup turned out to be made with chicken stock. So instead we only ordered coffee and told ourselves we would leave straight afterwards and drive to Lüchow for food. Unfortunately my husband, who ordered the filter coffee, didn’t even finish it - it was truly terrible. My cappuccino was better. Also I wouldn’t call it a cosy café where you can rest and slump in a chair with a hot drink, for all the efforts of walking on the heath in all weathers. The furniture is hard wood and there is no ambient lighting. No-one who was there at the same time as us looked like they’d just gone for a country lope - they all look like they had driven directly to it in their town cars. Just to paint the atmosphere for you. There are shelves and shelves of upmarket country living and home interior design magazines you can help yourself to and that, unfortunately, is exactly what the café feels like: it feels like you’ve walked into someone’s overly designed home and you better not move anything around thank you very much. It doesn’t relax you at all. Basically this establishment has an amazing location, but they are squandering its full potential. Sadly I don’t think they will change any time soon as retired locals who maintain their über German diets and have the time to live meticulously will probably keep it alive and going for some time. However, there is another café in Nemitzer and we will try it next time.
A place to be...
